Dear Robert Bachelor,

We acknowledge receipt of your message of Tuesday 19th September. Thank you for acknowledging that our questions are a matter for legitimate public interest and concern and that they fall under Freedom of Information (FOI) requirements, which stipulate a reply within 20 working days. I was particularly alarmed by your statement that "it is also possible that the timeframe may need to be extended, dependent on the availability of the information required to answer your queries”.

I hope this is simply a formula you are legally required to place in your reply to any query, and is not an indication that the information we ask for is not readily available to you, and that you are going to proceed with vaccinating thousands of school-aged children in Kirklees without being fully furnished with all critical facts relating to this vaccine.

We asked you, as a provider of medical interventions to children, to supply some basic information about those interventions, in order to demonstrate that you as a provider are sufficiently educated on the products you administer to enable you to fulfil your duties of soliciting from families their fully informed consent.

This surely requires that you have this information at your fingertips, for if you did not, it would mean that you are not currently in possession of sufficient information to enable you to provide fully informed consent for vaccination - and therefore, you should not be administering vaccinations to anyone, much less children - and may well be flouting the law if you do.

Please note that The Guardian newspaper reported in 2014 that there was insufficient evidence to support the use of the flu nasal spray, and that this spray did not have any significant impact on reducing hospitalisations or deaths in children. The newspaper quoted experts advising parents not to administer this vaccination to their children, and said, "influenza vaccines are about marketing and not science". The only thing to have changed since that time is that the vaccination components have been "tweaked" - but there remains no evidence that this spray will overall have a positive effect on children's health, nor that the benefits outweigh the risks, as we alluded to in the five questions we put to you. To reiterate, the questions we have asked you are: 1. What is the absolute (not relative) risk reduction of the flu spray? 2. How many children has the new reformulated Fluenz Tetra spray been tested on? 3. How long were these children studied for? 4. Was the vaccine tested in clinical trials against an inert saline placebo, or non-inert substances containing biologically active ingredients? 5. What controls have been put in place to mitigate the possibility of the live flu nasal spray prompting antibody dependent enhancement - ADE - in children who may have developed this syndrome from the COVID-19 vaccines that many school-aged children have received? If your teams cannot answer these questions before administering vaccination, then they should not be administering vaccination, as per the terms of the Montgomery ruling by which they are bound. We will continue to monitor this situation closely and if - as we anticipate and have cautioned is highly likely - there is a sudden increase of illness in children in the weeks and months directly following the administration of the flu spray, we shall be in touch with you again. Yours faithfully,

Miriam Finch

We've had quite a few new subscribers these last couple of weeks, so we wanted to put out a note to welcome you all to our resource, and to thank subscribers old and new for your support. Informed Consent Matters - a completely independent health resource, with no pharmaceutical or corporate funders - exists to circulate and make widely available critical public health information that is often obscured from public view. We do this in order to make sure you have a fully informed choice when it comes to health interventions such as vaccines, masks, and tests. As well as making information available on our resource, we are also an active campaigning platform and contact health authorities and policy makers directly to share information, ask them questions, and hold them to account. This month, we have been in touch with our local council, schools nationwide, and school-aged immunisation teams, cautioning them of the imperative legal and moral importance of fully informed consent regarding the nasal flu spray, that the government intends - for the first time ever - to offer to all school-aged children. This spray is inadequately tested and its safety profile is very poor, and we have notified the council, schools, and immunisation teams of their obligation to disclose these facts to families when seeking their consent for vaccination. We have also been disseminating awareness-raising leaflets regarding the possibility of a future manufactured "pandemic", which may be a consequence of the mass administration of the nasal flu spray (which is known to create and spread illness), as well as distributing other information sheets to help put people fully in the driving seat where it comes to their health. We very much hope you find our resources informative, useful, and accessible, and that they help you both in your own health journey, and in raising awareness amongst family and friends. We endeavour to provide the most up-to-date and highest quality information available for you and your family, and - as a completely independent health resource with no corporate or pharmaceutical backers - it is your support that powers this resource to keep going. Dear Locala,

We wrote to you a full calendar week ago regarding - as this letter's title indicates - a matter of urgent public health importance. Our original message is reproduced below this one.

To our grave disappointment and dismay, you have failed to even acknowledge receipt of our correspondence, much less address our critical concerns.

To reiterate, as you are the entity responsible for administering vaccines to all school-aged children in Kirklees, you have a duty of care to ensure you are delivering these vaccines within the appropriate ethical and legal frameworks as defined by the Montgomery ruling, a ruling which governs the principle of informed consent within medicine.

We as an independent health resource have been and remain deeply concerned that you (and immunisation teams up and down the country) are not meeting your ethical and legal obligations regarding informed consent, so we sent you five key questions to help us ascertain whether or not you are a) adequately informed yourselves, and b) ensuring all relevant information is passed on to families before seeking their consent for vaccination.

That you have not answered our questions (or even acknowledged our correspondence) after a full week leads us to one of two inevitable conclusions:

1. You do not know the answers to our questions - in which case, you yourselves are not sufficiently educated on the subject of vaccination to enable you to fulfil your obligations as per seeking informed consent, meaning you should not be administering any vaccines (and may be breaking the law if you do), or;

2. You do know the answers to our questions, but refuse to put them in writing for fear it would incriminate you by revealing that you are not passing on all pertinent information to families when seeking their consent.

There are no other possible conclusions to draw, which makes our concerns for the health and wellbeing of Kirklees' school-aged children (and others who may be exposed to the "shedding" flu vaccination, such as teachers, parents, and siblings, including those with weakened immune systems) even more acute.

We are deeply concerned - and have expressed our concerns to multiple members of Kirklees Council - that the flu nasal spray may trigger a wave of ill health in children, for the reasons we elucidated upon in our original letter (which, as we informed you at the time, is a public, open letter, shared on our resource and with our several thousand subscribers).

Your complete silence in response to our letter - and our valid, evidence-based concerns - suggests to us that this is not something that concerns you. We can only conclude that this is due to the pressure being placed on you by those who are funnelling immense funds in your direction in order to complete this vaccination programme.

We know that money tends to silence unprincipled people, of which there are sadly many within establishment healthcare (as the unending medical scandals in the press demonstrate), so at this stage, we cannot do any more to raise the alarm than we have already done. We cannot "make" you care about children's health more than you care about money.

However, please be aware that we and our extensive network of independent health contacts will continue to closely monitor you and your activities and - should any wave of illness break out in schools directly following the mass administration of the flu spray, as we have cautioned is likely - we will take the necessary steps to establish whether the flu spray caused this illness, whether this could have been avoided had teams like yours fulfilled your proper ethical and legal obligations, and who should be held directly accountable for such a travesty.

Please note this letter has been sent to all original recipients, as well as several additional recipients who occupy key healthcare roles in Kirklees.

Yours faithfully,

Miriam Finch
